NepalSports (“we”, “us”) operates the website nepalsportz.com and the NepalSports mobile app (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — when you sign up we collect your email address and the name you provide. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile photo from your Google account.
- Push notifications — if you allow notifications, we store a device push token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver match alerts and news.
- Usage & device data — basic technical data such as app version, device type and crash diagnostics, used to keep the Service reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
- To send match, score and news notifications you opt into.
- To operate, secure and improve the Service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run the Service, including Google Firebase (authentication, push notifications) and our hosting provider. These providers process data only on our behalf.
4. Data retention & your choices
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can turn off notifications at any time from your device settings. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below and we will remove it.
5. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
